learned a lot and was encouraged to learn about the entire organization on my own by creating and developing working relationships with many people in all departments. Allowed me to be creative and find solutions or efficiencies with in and outside of my department. Plus growth and promotions during my tenure.
Cons
lots of turn over during difficult times, including myself. I may have stayed if support had been more readily available during those difficult times.
