Additionally, it is not a 9 to 5 kind of job, and you are usually expected to work until the job is completed. Sometimes you end up staying very late into the night, but on other days everyone goes home early to make up for it. With a relatively small company, when you do domething, you are generally seen for it, either positively or negatively. The only other thing to be aware of is that there can be a degree of nepotism, though that seems to be pervasive throughout the insurance industry.
