Pros
I very much enjoyed the group of people I worked with at Bennett Jones and found the environment to be vibrant and challenging. Good variety of projects and my business contacts, SMEs, and team members were high caliber and knowledgeable. Good salary, benefits, and time off. Great company events.
Cons
They had made a lot of internal changes in the last few years but that is not unique especially post covid. Somewhat more old-school environment in some ways, but that is also changing.
