Pros

Great pay. Excellent benefits. They'll give you a chance. They reward new ideas. The leadership team has some really great people guiding the way. They have a program to help with going back to college or will pay for certifications. If you're someone who likes to work hard, they reward loyalty and dedication ten times over.

Cons

You get out only what you put in. People who complain or lean more negative, who feel they are entitled to things, or who don't want to help build up the company usually don't enjoy working here from what I've seen. The mill is inclined to get cold in the winter and hot in the summer. It's a mill, and this is industrial work, so be prepared for that.

I believe it was just announced in the Town Hall Meeting that improvements in the way of venting and other structural changes to the buildings are underway or otherwise planned in the Mobile location. One of the ways Berg Pipe continues to innovate is to build on the structure currently in place. This can include improvements to machinery, profit share, helping further the education of current employees, bringing in and training new generations of employees, and much more.
