Pros
Some great people - although most left in the last exodus. Nice downtown location. Great place if you're a high priced management consultant or sales exec. Not so great for anyone else.
Cons
Focus is on constant management consultants and trying to land the next "big" sales contracts. If you're a big talker and can put on a show you might do well for a year or two. Until you realize the team struggles to deliver. Zero focus on product and customer and ops. Ancient complicated process and systems, nothing is documented, embarassing customer service. I just feel bad for our clients. Not a big company, small cottage industry.

Because it’s a great place to learn and grow, turn over of young professionals after they’ve gained some experience there is a bit higher
