Pros
A respected and growing carrier servicing many Assigned Risk plans. Excellent team environment focused on customer service to policyholders, agents, and plan administrators. The company is alway pursuing advancement of industry knowledge and complete service. Open door policy with management.
Cons
There have traditionally been somewhat limited advancement opportunies depending on individual departments and of course individual employee preferences. This issue is presently being addressed as part of a restructering initiative.
