Nice working environment and friendly coworkers. Challenging projects within high impact companies. Fare remuneration for extra working hours when required.
Cons
Some projects require lots of traveling, although that is negociated from the beginning. Usually when working under subcontract for other companies you have two different bosses to respond to.
