      They really care about their people and want to make sure we are happy. They promote a work/life balance by being flexible, especially with what's going on in the world.

      Provided employment, benefits but not much more

      Cons

      Not a pleasant work environment - micromanaged every move you made. No encouragement to excel and turnover of employees.
