      Pros

      Pay is adequate but your medical cost will eat that up

      Cons

      Self Insured Medical with a PROFIT focus. Your basic coverage will be covered but any change from minimal coverage will be denied even if you can prove cost difference is minimal. They use self insurance to block any and all changes from your doctor in essence deciding your medical care and cost.

      Tasi is part of a family owned Corporation with a conservative long term management and growth horizon. Decisions are made fast and communication is clear and transparent. Positive feedback and encouragement is part of the culture - finger pointing is not!

      Being an american corporation strongly rooted in the US judgements are often made through a US focus rather then global
