      Pros

      None I have to put 5 words here and there is literally nothing I can think of.

      Cons

      Missed paycheck. Management that never learns from their mistakes and constantly changes their mind. Constant chasing any sale to keep the door open. People getting fired for little or no reason. Unqualified people promoted and asked to do things they aren't prepared for. Products sent out with UL stickers after their UL listing was revoked. Low salary. No regards for safety of employees or customers.

      Pros

      Company work is truly interesting. It provides any individual to grow and get the best out of themselves. Best place for start up engineers to learn from most talented and professional engineers.

      Cons

      Company is growing and expects diversified tasks from engineers. That shows company's trust in engineer's abilities. If you are not capable enough than it is not a place for you.
