      Pros

      Work life balance job. Flexible working hour. Able to leave early.

      Cons

      1. Extremely low increment. 2. Biased management. 3. Benefits no longer a benefit to worker anymore. 4. Only one person in HR that taking care of all workers in SG, KR, Thailand, HK, Vietnam 5. Policy always update and not mentioning all the point that have been updated in email. Some times secretly update without email notifying worker.

      Pros

      On-time support, easy going management not micro manager. Open for suggestions and advance

      Cons

      Not enough personal time off with pays. Only 16hours per year other company 40 to 80 hours personal time off.

      Hybrid some times but plays favorites to people who are supposed to be in office but are not.

      Cons

      People with no experience get better treatment and babied then people who have worked for years.
