Pros
There is some flexibility for some employees but not others. The team themselves are amazing and are the only thing that keeps it going.
Cons
No benefits whatsoever - Parking is not a benefit! Lunch is not a benefit! Poor salaries are not a benefit! Minimum holiday allowance is not a benefit! Minimum sick pay is not a benefit! Minimum pension is not a benefit - it is in fact the law! Public dressing downs from management are almost a daily occurrence, sometimes in front of customers. There is minimal praise however if you make a mistake (or even if it's suspected that it's you but it's not) you will be made an example of. Offices are grim and uncared for. Very little in the way of performance related pay reviews. In fact any form of investment into the team in squashed unless it's completely unnecessary training. Almost no support from management when help is required or if things go wrong. There is very much a blame culture.
