Chiefs and directors are totally disconnected from the rest of the company. no company goal set at the beginning of the year, resulting in each department setting its own goals, which contradict other department goals. no proper salary adjustment after inflation hit, and hiring new employees at market rate is unfair to current employees who have the know how and the experience. turnover is high, company does not try to retain talent. no room for growth or promotion. HR totally disconnected from reality, due to pressure from top management on what to focus on, so not allowing them to properly perform their job as HR. do not reccomend unless desperately needing a job.
