      OK benefits, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Managers were downright rude. Completely disrespectful of their employees. No structure. No leadership skills. Reckless when it comes to safety. Rampant sexism. God forbid you ask for a raise: you'll be told you're ungrateful and easily replaced. Complete lack of professionalism. "HR" is a joke.

      Pros

      Great team that is very knowledgeable and helps new hires learn the tire industry.

      Cons

      The tire industry can be dirty, so be prepared to get dirty at work and do a lot of laundry. Not a con really, but had to have a five word minimum for this answer.
