It is a great Austin startup style with offices in a great spot.

Focus and development of products instead of just hourly billing

Location and flexible hours I suppose. Fun times with coworkers when we weren't venting about work.

Such a mess of a company it's hard to know where to begin. Real leadership was completely lacking and the main focus was to make money at any cost. Including losing talented people left and right, overselling capabilities and under delivering, and angering clients to no end. The office was so sad too, it was a garage sale and a frat house rolled into one.
