Pros

I worked with some really great people, who were passionate about what they were doing.

Cons

During my time at bestow I was constantly shuffled around, and never given clear directions or a cohesive vision. Management seemed to flip direction on a whim without explaining why. I lost all hope that the company had a clear plan for it's future. Bestow is also not a very transparent company, even if they claim to be. Multiple rounds of layoffs occurred with absolutely no warning, and were handled very poorly. I knew multiple people that worked tirelessly for months to meet deadlines, and as soon as their the projects that they had helped launch went live were let go and booted from the company in a matter of hours.

Pros

Pros: • Honestly, very few. You might get paid eventually. • Some coworkers are decent people — too bad most don’t stick around.

Cons

Cons: • They don’t pay on time. Ever. You’ll spend more time chasing your paycheck than doing your actual job. Expect delays, excuses, and complete silence when you ask about your money. • Leadership is a joke. The people running this place have no idea what they’re doing. Decisions are made based on ego, not logic, and they treat employees like disposable tools. • Toxic environment. Petty office politics, zero accountability, and constant blame-shifting. Don’t expect respect, honesty, or professionalism — it doesn’t exist here. • No structure, no strategy, no future. Everything is reactive. Plans change daily. You’ll be asked to fix problems caused by upper management’s incompetence, only to be blamed when things go wrong. • HR is useless. If you report a problem, it either gets ignored or you get labeled “difficult.” • High turnover and zero morale. People quit weekly. It’s a revolving door of burned-out employees and broken promises. • Micromanagement and chaos. You’ll be overworked, underpaid, and under constant stress — all for a company that doesn’t care if you burn out.
