      Fun, exciting, young group of people who are motivated and committed to the company success. The atmosphere is professional and collaborative. Free lunches. Strong compensation. Open office. Experienced management team that truly cares about employees' success.

      Cons

      No 401(k) matching (yet). Open office (it's a double edged sword). Not enough bathrooms. Parking in the area is super expensive, but at least you can sign up for the pre-tax withholding.
