Low stress, independent work, some benefits offered

Bad hours, inflexible, poor communication, poor instruction or no instruction, laborious, low pay, benefits not good, misleading regarding pay and benefits. Change their expectations or add responsibility without additional compensation. Overall poor work culture and using last century’s technology to poorly execute basic orders and deliveries. Pay is atrocious.
