6yThe company has grown a lot since 2015. We went from having 2 people in operations to now having a solid team of 6, ensuring the candidate journey is positive and unmatched. We have taken a lot of the feedback we've received to help work out some of the kinks we faced in the past. As such, we are now experiencing exponential growth and excited to continue working alongside the top engineering talent in Latin America and beyond.
