Good salary Could have good projects.
Cons
Not a stable company, when they are hiring they mention it's long term relationship and once you finished they assign other project, but that's not true, once you finish your current project you are going to be notified 15 days before it finishes that your are done and your are not going to have salary, so you have to search another job, that's not how a good company should retain their talent.
