      Pros

      First rate environment (espresso machine, top-shelf laptops, stimulating work, tons of dogs.) Good, challenging, meaningful work. Always something to do. A great place for hard workers looking to make things happen.

      Cons

      Upward mobility can be difficult in certain tracks. Employees with negative attitudes are allowed to fester when they could easily be cut loose.
