Pros
Great client roster, extraordinary group of talented coworkers. Typical agency "work hard, play hard" culture. New leadership is breathing a lot of excitement into the agency.
Cons
The agency is in a bit of a shift with a new President and CEO on board. It's clear change will be coming - much of it good change - but at the moment those things have just been set into motion, so time will tell how it will impact the agency overall.
