      deep knowledge of HVAC and Solar.

      Cons

      As former employee we lost out on a lot of work because too much profit was built into all quotes...well, you do the math.

      Pros

      Management is open to change and seems to always be seeking input. Senior management also appeared to be experimenting with different management styles and performance measurements.

      Cons

      No strategic long term plan in the company. Management is very reactive to conditions and constantly changes direction.
