      Pros

      Complete ownership of your business. bevello knows their customer in the North Carolina and South Carolina area. Work with a lot of great brands.

      Cons

      Expansion outside of the southern states area is challenging - a lot of focus placed on individual store management to bring in the customer vs a corporate marketing plan.

      Pros

      Great people, lots of fun, and a great discount from the corporate side. I was able to enhance multiple skills while learning others at the same time. Full of some of the nicest people I've met.

      Cons

      The pay just wasn't there, not really anywhere close, unfortunately. Plus, you would get more responsibilities but they wouldn't be able to pay more.
