      Quite a lot of last minute changes to the schedule. You have to prepare your own teaching materials.

      I love teaching and this place provides solid curriculum for after school and AP reviews even during the pandemic.

      I wish I have more students to fill in the hours!

      Flexible hours and nice colleagues

      Cons

      Late payment (never on time) and had to ask multiple times, last minute cancellation so no pay, to deal with unreasonable parents and lazy students
