Management is a joke and toxic. Constant personnel changes and shuffling. Nobody in the industry knows this company or their tech, which is a shame because the tech is incredible. The "leadership" for all intents and purposes is a talking head who is incredibly smart but has little business acumen. Some of the leadership claims: a scrappy start-up. HA HA. this tech is over five years old. Sure, BYID received some Series A & B funding but have done little to move the needle. Their best sales person left for competitor and now the rest of the team flounders. Completely inept sales leadership. As for strategic vision...good luck bc your strategic advisor(s) are giving BAD advice.
