      Pros

      Amazing support from management Most companies like to hire from within but Overstock.com does this with overwhelming support and care Great benefits Great Culture! Hard work is rewarded

      Cons

      The only thing that I could really say is a downside is the compensation level. While it's still good and money is not my prime motivator. I feel that the work I do is worth a lot more than what I am paid. I've had some bad experiences with some members of managment. I sometimes feel that I get mixed messages from different members of my management staff.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
