Pros
Great Senior management. They are frequently involved and are supportive of good ideas. The atmosphere is very casual, but intense. They expect excellence and treat their employees well.
Cons
They are growing and so space is at a premium. I know they are trying to get more room, but it is painful to try scheduling a meeting or getting some elbow room.
