- Lack of communication - No feedback unless negative - Work on holidays - Can go days without anything to do, which is difficult when you are hourly - Constantly talked down to - Pay is ALWAYS late - Felt undervalued - Company has shrunk a concerning amount in the past year

-Nice office -Snacks in the office -some people are nice but not many -Good parking -Good location in Uptown -Nice doorman

-Don't get holidays off -Not paid for holidays off -not paid for time off -not paid if your not doing a task (not enough tasks to go around) -if they offer you position as an independent contractor -runnnnnn - Not enough tasks to keep you busy some weeks or working 60-70 hours a week -Gaslight you into thinking you are horrible with no training or direction -unwelcoming co-workers - No lunch break - Offer a full time position but them retract it and put you on probation -If they put you on probation-just quit-they will fire you -No benefits if you are a contract employee - Seem likes the way they are doing business is shady and not professional -No work equipment or computer -must have your own and if it breaks or stops working they will be mad -underpaid and undervalued
