Start up environment not as stable. Pay was probably decent for the time and experience, but in hind sight a little low. Closed doors in 2018, but product acquired.

Great opportunity to learn about medical device manufacturing and quality control for people who have never worked in this field. For experienced personnel, it is an opportunity to put your skills and experiences to use and be an asset to the company.

Working for a small company can be difficult for people who have never worked in that environment. Individuals who don't work well under pressure may not like the enviornment.
