This is a great innovation driven company, they allow new ideas to flourish and see how it would make things easy. My time with this company was cut short due to a family situation that led me to move overseas but they were very understanding and extremely supportive, genuine folks here!

As a start up you expect the fast paced environment, apart from that, no cons I can think of
