Pros

Great Co-Workers and training program.

Cons

The CEO Boyd Kiefus is completely uneducated and not trustworthy. He hires and fires without any regard to the HR Departmen!t His grammar (reflecting his education) in his correspondence is horrific. He hired me and after working 4 days, he sent me an email at 8:33 pm the day before I was supposed to return to work saying that he wouldn't be needing me because a former employee was returning to work and that there was no room for me. Not even a phone call!

Big Joe Handling Systems Response

This was simply a bad hiring move , as we were misled to the actual volume and accuracy which was conveyed, which showed vey quickly , and at the end of the day, was making others work harder to correct multiple mistakes. We skipped over some of the testing we normally do , and went with believing what was said , vs verifying , and /or do contract work for a week to see if the skill level described, was accurate. The release part could of and should of been done more professionally ,agreed, but at the end of the day, the fit was not correct. Good Luck

Pros

Working with the mid-level directors and managers along with the team of dedicated, exceptional employees.

Cons

The executive team seriously need to reflect among themselves and determine if what they're doing is the right course of action for the organization. There is a member of the executive that bully and harass other team members and this individual is not being reprimanded for their unprofessional behavior even with HR and the mid-level management team providing concrete examples and recommendations to fix the situation. There is no set direction for sustainable growth in the organization. Policies and procedures are constantly changing outside of HR. It's amazing this company is still operating.
