Business Outlook
Pros
While many CEO are out on the golf course, Big Joe Handling System's CEO is hard at work engaging with all employees from the management level to the individual contributor level daily. It was nice to see him hand out service awards to his employees this month, and was able to talk about how each started and their contributions throughout the year. The stories were motivational and sincere. He knows everyone at the company and wants to know everyone at the company. He recognizes potential, and the company has a history of promoting from within.
Cons
There is certainly some stress that comes with the CEO wanting to know what each employee does and how they are doing. Employees get visibility when they are doing well, and get visibility when they are not....

Thank you for the Notes on how we are looking to grow our company, and some of the challenges we
have run into , as we have not spent enough time training and improving , along with attempting to have People do too much. We ( i ) am aware that the higher % of time spent Building managers who can run groups in a much better format to allow us to grow, Will benefit All of us at Big Joe to create a great work enviroment

Working with the mid-level directors and managers along with the team of dedicated, exceptional employees.
Cons
The executive team seriously need to reflect among themselves and determine if what they're doing is the right course of action for the organization. There is a member of the executive that bully and harass other team members and this individual is not being reprimanded for their unprofessional behavior even with HR and the mid-level management team providing concrete examples and recommendations to fix the situation.
There is no set direction for sustainable growth in the organization. Policies and procedures are constantly changing outside of HR. It's amazing this company is still operating.
