Pros
None whatsoever. No pros at all.
Cons
ZERO work, life balance. Unsociable working hours. The comission you earn against the hours your away from home worked out to minimum wage. Had a very detrimental effect on your health, on the days off you DID ever get you slept for 18 hours, zero family time. ANY time you did ever get off you were to exhaused to do anything. VERY toxic work enviornment. VERY unprofessional. VERY poor managment, did not care in any way, shape or from about you personally. You were forced into unreasonable, unreachable targets and being forced to sell the after sales products. Training was minimal, if it ever happened at all, and if it did ever happen people just sat around chatting very little actualy 'training' was ever actually done. You could not park on site, you had to park at Snodland, their prep centre, and ferry cars to and from site, adding an hour to your day. More of then than not the trade cars were to dangerous to drive and illegal to drive in a lot of cases as well. They had a very high turnover of sales staff, tells you a lot about the company. Their notoriety within the industry goes far and wide, how NOT to run a business. If I could give it minus 5 stars I would.
