      Pros

      If you are looking to be stuck in the middle of nowhere with coworkers that probably just got out of prison, this place is for you.

      Cons

      Complete chaos. Absolutely no organization. No respect for employees, or their rights. Management has no idea what is going on from one day to the next. Seems like a family-run affair, people who got into a business that they don't really understand. They loose money on mismanagement, and it shows.

      Competitive wages, decent camps to work at

      Cons

      Pay period is really stupid. Every company has cut off Saturday, payday Thursday...cut off Sunday, payday Friday. Not this company, cutoff is two weeks prior...they need better money management.
