I believe that when you have been given a position as a line leader you should lead your team and show them the right way of doing things unfortunately for some individuals that's not the case ..(JUST PAID ME FOR NOT DOING Nothing)smh... I was going through some things in my life and maybe the company saw it but they did not sit down and talk to me they got rid of me. I should off just worked my 8 decent hours and not complain maybe I would still be here .. company show me not to over achieve or go the extra mile or have high expectations that a lesson I learn.
