You’re expected to own your mistakes unless you’re at the higher management level, in which case rules do not apply. -Gaslighting & lack of initiative. Plenty of open communication between leaders and employees but 0 actual changes or improvements after those conversations. -Really low pay compared to other companies even if joining with experience -Serious lack of diversity all around but especially at the top
