Pros

The company works remarkably hard to create an inclusive community where every single member is able to bring their best. They also invest in their members, and you definitely feel the impact instantly! I have never experienced a company where they put their members first and foremost as much as Bikham & St. Jude Labs does each & everyday! We have GREAT Leaders in Harman & Sonia who are always so approachable and motivating! The team members are great to work with and the organization as a whole fosters a supportive culture with lots of resources to help you develop! I absolutely love working here! It is such an incredible honor & blessing!

Cons

Working for Bikham and Provider Passport was the most depressing and chaotic experience of my career. They yanked my and my parents' insurance without even bothering to inform me, and forget about any kind of support when you're dealing with personal or professional issues. They can’t even manage to pay their employees—I'm still waiting for 3+ months' salary, and it’s been 4 months since I left. I’ve been chasing them non-stop, but they just ignore calls and emails because they clearly don’t want to pay anyone who’s moved on. The work culture? Toxic. They kept my department severely understaffed and piled everything on me, even when I repeatedly told management about these issues. Not a single action was taken to help. Instead, when I finally resigned due to constant blame game and verbal abuse, they had the nerve to ask me to extend my notice period by another 2 months because they were too incompetent to find a replacement. This company has no shame—they’re living off their employees’ hard work, with zero accountability or responsibility. Verbal abuse and shouting are a daily norm, and when I raised the issue, management couldn’t care less. They don’t give a damn about anyone but themselves.
