Pros
Will learn how to face double standard people in future. Many credit cards will be available in your pocket due to delay in appraisal and multiple loans. Only I.T's people can work here. Good opportunity to I.T ians, u will get 3-4 months salary without any work afterwards read my comments
Cons
Salary not good enough as your capability. Appraisal is not on-time. No Fun programs. 3-4 persons work pressure at single person and salary would be as school, college pocket money. If it's last time of life, come here and feel what exactly poverty means.
