There’s a lot of blame-shifting, passive aggression, and fear-driven decisions. People sometimes disappear from one day to the next - no announcements, no transparency, which creates an atmosphere of instability and low trust. Leadership is a major concern. The CTO appears out of depth in both technical and strategic matters, yet still enjoys a surprising level of trust from the board - something that continues to raise eyebrows internally. This misalignment is a source of growing frustration among teams.
