Pros
Nothing. Do not fall for their sweet talks
Cons
My experience at Bimaplan was extremely disappointing. The company culture is dominated by micromanagement and a lack of trust. Employees are rarely empowered to make decisions, and leadership often interferes with even small tasks. This creates frustration, burnout, and zero sense of ownership.
The leadership style is controlling, with little concern for employee well-being, respect, or professional boundaries. Feedback is not welcomed, and communication is very one-sided. Recognition is rare, while criticism is frequent.
The HR function offers little real support. Instead of addressing employee concerns, HR mainly echoes management’s direction. Transparency is missing, and many issues are left unresolved. Employees do not feel that HR represents their interests.
What’s most troubling is the lack of seriousness in handling workplace-safety and conduct-related complaints. There have been situations where concerns were raised, but employees saw little to no visible action. This has created an atmosphere where some people, particularly women, feel uncomfortable or unsafe speaking up.
