      Pros

      Bimeda is very aggressive in staying competitive in the industry. New ideas and projects leading to introducing new projects are always being discussed and followed thru.

      Cons

      Site Management not a team environment and does not support employees in doing your job well, most employees are on a need to know basis. Poor training for new employees, no communication on what's expected of them. Does not support team building or positive moral.

      I've had a great experience working here. The company offers strong support and a positive team environment. Management is approachable, and the work culture encourages collaboration and continuous learning. The benefits are competitive, and I truly feel valued in my role.

      Cons

      Like many fast-paced environments, workloads can get heavy at times, but strong teamwork helps manage it.
