Great environment to work in

There are no cons to working here

There are no pros for this company. Unfortunately, the higher management is making this company a big risk to peoples lives.

Higher management cares only about their money and not about the employees. They were hiring developers from other countries while they know they are going to accept a bid from another bank to buy them. The other bank decided to discontinue products of BinckBank after the merger, but BinckBank were still hiring people. I had to find out from the newspapers about this before getting any reaction from the management. They are playing with peoples lives and don't care about it. The higher management cares only about getting their money in the pocket. I am really disappointed in the way BinckBank handled all this situation. They were in discussions since May with Saxo to buy them but they still hire people and then the CEO declares that people will be fired. Come on, why are you doing this to people?
