      New Fleet, high level training, challenging airports such as Madeira Funchal, Sleep always on Base, good environment and colleagues.

      Busy schedule, 9 days off per month, low level entry salary, 6 flights per day

      No layovers , just 1 or 2 per month.

      Cons

      Too much work for not that much of payment. Crew control isnt good at all.
