The management consists of 1 1/2 people. Everything needs to go through them causing a timeglass effect where everything takes a lot longer than it should take to get things done. There is an extreme gap/bias from English speaking workers and Chinese speaking workers. Things are handled very unprofessionally. Clients are lied to/or given the run around often. This management does not bother reading e-mails thoroughly enough, and responds with asking the same questions again that have already been answered. Turnaround rate for a company with 30 people is ridiculously high.
