Very good - Medical Intake Specialist Bio-Genetics Laboratory Employee Review

Management and facility are very impressive. Their initial training was very organized and detailed. They also continue with ongoing training. The pay raises are consistent & always good. If you've earned it of course. Everyone gets weekly bonus's, which is awesome. All the bonuses are based on attendance. The people that show up for work get the bonuses. The company started with 8 people and now have around 150. So yes there are a lot of happy people. Many of which have been promoted. There are however employees who are downright lazy & have attendance issues who were constantly late or called in all the time or live up to the tasks. For example, you get a whole hour for lunch plus another 30 minutes break time you can split up however you want. The company doesn't have to do that. But they do here. Not sure what these losers expect? If they are constantly missing work or breaking normal company rules, they are terminated. IMO you get what you deserve. Then they make up lies & place a bad review? Unbelievable!! Maybe they should go open their own biz and not show up or have any rules to follow. I for example am very happy with my job. Good Luck & God Bless to those losers!! ps- what we do for these patients is awesome. We help them with their health. These genetic tests for Cancer, pharmacogenetics and immuno are very helpful for their doctors to better treat them or prescribe meds. I feel really good about what we do for them.

Nothing bad at all to say. With this job, I've been able to buy a house & new car & provide a better life for my family. I have 4 kids.
