Pay is well below industry standard. Most talented employees leave after working a year or two since they have the "Bio-Techne" name on their resume they will be able to go to a competitor that will pay them industry standard starting out and will be valued. CEO is beyond outdated on his views, doesn't budge on offering flexible work from home options to those it could really benefit. Its a decent job starting out, but little incentive to stick around.
