I was with Bio-Techne for 6 years and really enjoyed my journey and support I have through out the years. With career progression, great people to work with and fair salary paid. I only left the company because of relocation to another country.

The development is very regional, not much opportunities to communicate and meet people from other regions (eg no global meeting)

Good place to get your foot in the door and gain experience.
Coworkers and management were friendly though experience is department dependent.
Flexible hours.
Cons
Not a lot of room for growth.
Occasionally, work is thrown at the last minute, so communication should be improved.
Salaries are lower compared to other companies.
Don't like the direction the upper management is taking.
