      Good people. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Company culture is very poor. The culture is work is everything no work life balance. Company doesn’t seem to have good direction there are always mixed messages. Little to no opportunities for career advancement. HR seems to be pretty absent. Upper management is out of touch.
