Pros

None. Did not have enough experience to have pros. .

Cons

Questionable business practices with reckless concern for potential talent. Would not waste your time. Offered me a position. "Dissolved the position" a day before I started and after I put in my two weeks at my current position leaving me without a job and making it so I would not qualify for unemployment. Almost causing me to loose my apartment. They were made aware of this and offered no severance or formal apology, the closest thing to an apology I got, was just an excuse for the would be manager to ask me not to tell anyone about the layoff happening at the end of week, until after the day it was supposed to occur. They also told me a 1/3 of the company was getting laid off as well, but then posted my position within weeks, at a slightly lower rate.

Pros

$20 DoorDash Credit on Wednesdays: Flex Time: Offers scheduling flexibility to better balance work and personal life. Affordable Benefits: Benefit packages are relatively inexpensive if you opt for the high deductible plan.

Cons

Lack of Company Culture: No clear vision or values, which lead to an uninspiring work environment and failed to foster collaboration and trust. No Salary Increases or Bonuses: Employees rarely receive raises, bonuses, or performance-based rewards, impacting morale and financial well-being. Low Employee Happiness: Without a focus on well-being or work-life balance, job satisfaction is low, which can lead to disengagement and burnout. High Turnover: The absence of investment in culture and employee growth often results in higher attrition rates, disrupting continuity and productivity. Limited Professional Growth: A lack of training, development opportunities, and promotions left employees feeling undervalued. Poor Communication: Without an emphasis on transparency and feedback, employees feel isolated, uninformed, or unsupported by leadership. Diminished Team Morale: When the company doesn’t actively work to make employees happy, team cohesion suffers, leading to a fragmented and unmotivated workforce.
